INTA Seminar: Trademark Administrators and Paralegals in Germany

The seminar “Trademark Administrators and Paralegals in Germany,” organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA) in conjunction with the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), will take place on February 8, 2018, in Munich. The seminar is specifically developed for Trademark Administrators (TMAs), paralegals and other staff dealing with trademarks.
Focus of the seminar are topics relating to German national and international trademark and design laws. Topics open for discussion are: an update from the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) relating to trademark classification in 2018, Defense of IP Rights in China, News from WIPO, Design Protection in Germany and Case Studies for Design Protection.
