New explanatory guides regarding copyright matters in Peru
The National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi), through the Directorate of Copyright, offers authors, writers, and editors, the “Guide to Copyright for authors” and” Copyright Guide to Book Publishers”. It is possible to download these guides through Indecopi´s website.
These documents were prepared didactically in order to explain clearly the IP rights of authors and book publishers. It also presents definitions for terms that can generate some doubts about interpretation.
