Position:Head of Trademarks Department
Victoria has over 13 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property. She joined Moeller’s Trademarks Department in 2014. She has particular experience handling the day-to-day management of groups.
She leads the Trademarks department where she manages and guides clients through the complex issues surrounding trademarks – clearance and brand counseling, filing of applications, enforcement in oppositions actions, cancellations, anti-counterfeiting and enforcement strategies, domain name recovery and disputes by advising on contentious and non-contentious matters with a regional perspective.
She also enjoys working with diverse clients, from start-ups to established and multinational businesses, across a wide range of sectors. Victoria has an academic background in law, holding a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 2005. She also obtained a degree in Counseling Psychology in 2014. Both degrees contributed to her profile by developing a combination of management and legal skills.
