Moeller Attorney to speak at U.S. College
Mariano Municoy, an IP lawyer and director of business & professional development at Moeller, has been invited to teach a class on IP and International Trade in April as part of the course International Trade Law II at the American University Washington College of Law.
The course is taught by Professors Martin Molinuevo, a consultant, World Bank Group Trade and Competitiveness Global Practice, and Michael Jacobson, an associate at Hogan Lovells, International Trade and Investment and International Arbitration Practices.
The aim of the course is to explore “… a broad set of topical issues in international trade law that go beyond traditional disciplines in merchandise trade. The goal of the course is to give students interested in internal trade and investment law a comprehensive introduction to the main points in the current agenda in multilateral and bilateral trade negotiations.”
