The “Program for Strengthening the Competitiveness of SMEs Nicaraguan SMEs” has a budget estimate of 17 million euros (consisting mainly of contributions of the EU and the Nicaraguan Government).
The objective of this training is to introduce companies to IP matters, especially the benefits of registering a trademark. Trainings include info on the rights and obligations in relation to marks and the use with caution of the signs in advertising and catalogs. It is important to emphasize the importance of registering a trademark and the economic benefits that can be generated when international markets recognize a product or service to a particular brand.
