Damien joined Moeller IP Advisors in 2017 where he assists foreign clients regarding Latin American patent prosecution, primarily in mechanical area.
Damien graduated from ENIB (National Engineering School of Brest, France) as an Electronic Engineer and then from IAE (Toulouse School of Management, France) specialized in Innovation Management. After obtaining his degrees, he saw the opportunity to start a career in the IP field for AIRBUS GROUP in Toulouse, France.
Damien then joined a Parisian Intellectual Property law firm, where he has gained firsthand experience in patent drafting and worldwide prosecution in automotive and aerospace technologies. During this time, he also passed three parts of the EQE for the European patent attorney exam (he is scheduled to take the final part of the exam in 2019). Thereafter, he worked for Oberthur Technologies (France) in mobile payment technologies.
Since 2012, he has been working between France and Argentina as freelancer in IP consultancy for international companies. He became an Argentine Industrial Property Agent in 2014.
Outside of work Damien loves travelling and cycling in the Argentine countryside.
