Diana Vera Caspary is a senior lawyer graduated in 2006 from Argentine Catholic University. In 2011/2012, she did further specialization in Industrial and Intellectual Property matters. Diana has been working in Moeller since 2007 first in the legal department and currently in the trademarks department.
During these years, she has been working in copyright, on trademark infringements, local and regional trademark issues and patents.
She published articles in journals related to Industrial and Intellectual Property, Getting the Deal Through and Gewerbliche Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht GRUR Magazine.
In 2013 Diana organized and held a seminar on “Legal tools for artistic activity” at the University of Palermo, in Buenos Aires.
Outside of work, she is also works as cultural manager and is an avid musician playing percussion, guitar and piano.
