Gerardo has over 30 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property. He became Moeller’s Managing Partner in 1990. He leads the firm and guides our clients on regional business strategies regardless if they are multinational conglomerates or start-ups.
Gerardo divides his time between both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres focusing on the day-to-day work and client relations. His academic background is Business Administration from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), Buenos Aires with additional degree from Universidad de Belgrano (UB), Buenos Aires in Law. He is an Argentine Industrial Property Agent.
Under his leadership, Moeller has expanded their physical presence beyond Argentina to include offices in Brazil, Uruguay and a European location for business development matters.
For more than a quarter of a century, he has been an active participant in International Conferences such as ASIPI, ECTA, FICPI, GRUR, INTA, MARQUES, PTMG, VPP. Outside the office, Gerardo enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and is a motorcycle enthusiast.
