Anti – Counterfeiting LawyerLaura is a Brazilian attorney at law, member of the Brazilian Bar Association and graduated in 2017. She has worked in IP for over 5 years and during that time has participated in several litigious judicial and administrative cases involving trademark disputes, unfair competition and copyright in relation to anti-counterfeiting. She has participated in major field operations and seizures involving crimes related to IP piracy in Brazil.
Laura also has experience in privacy and data protection and implementing projects to adapt companies to privacy laws, and consultative issues related to the topic.
In her freetime, Laura likes to spend time discovering places, experience food and culture around the world, do many sports such as golf, squash and mountain biking.
Laura speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish and Basic German.
