Laura is a Paraguayan lawyer practicing in Argentina with over 8 years of experience in Intellectual Property. She completed her Law studies at the National University of Asunción (Asunción, Paraguay) where she started her Master’s degree in Intellectual Property, during which she made the decision to permanently reside in Buenos Aires.
She joins Moeller’s trademark department in 2015 where her work consist of strategic consultation and legal advice to high profile clients in IP matters such as trademarks, copyrights, anti-counterfeiting, trade secrets and unfair competition. Laura leads complex litigation strategies around the world, mainly in the Latin-American region, including enforcement actions in a wide spectrum of alternatives ranging from precautionary measures, subtle approaches and aggressive strategies.
With sharp eyesight on the business objectives of her clients, Laura provides effective solutions in drafting trademark application strategies, providing advice on regional coverage and guidance in alternative protections.
Outside of work, Laura is an active member of the independent artistic and cultural scene of Buenos Aires, managing a Cultural Center along with several artists and other diverse cultural agents. She also enjoys traveling regularly, reading and doing yoga.

Laura speaks Spanish, Guaraní (an indigenous Paraguayan language) English and basic Portuguese.
