Manuel is a lawyer with over 4 years of experience in the field of IP Rights. In 2015, he obtained his Law degree from the Law Faculty of the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste, located in Corrientes, Argentina.
After moving to Buenos Aires, he started a post-graduate specialization in Civil and Commercial Procedure. He also took several postgraduate courses related to bankruptcy law, labor law and IP Rights provided by the graduate school of the bar association of Buenos Aires.
He started working in Moeller’s patent legal department in 2019 where his work consists on providing local and foreign clients’ strategic consultation and legal advice in connection with IP matters such as patents, infringement, regulatory affairs and plant varieties. He also manages Patent Litigation matters in Argentina and assists on litigation affairs in Latin America.
With a careful and meticulous sense on details, the main objective of Manuel is focused on giving the clients the best assessment in IP matters, constituting a link between the different areas of Moeller and foreign colleagues in order to provide an optimal achievement.
Manuel is also a University Professor, collaborating in teaching Civil and Commercial Procedure in the University of Buenos Aires.
During his free time, Manuel likes to practice Taekwondo, having obtained his black belt graduation in 2004. He also enjoys reading books, watching old movies and travelling.
