Trademarks LawyerMariano received his civil and commercial law degree from the Catholic University of Argentina in 2012. He has been working at Moeller since 2014, having extensive contact with clients and colleagues from all around the world, and gaining experience in the IP field ever since.
His main practice is in international trademark conflict resolution, coordinating our Latin American network of representatives, and our client’s needs in Moeller’s covered region, as well as providing advice and assessment in view of potential or current conflicts.
In 2017, Mariano completed his diploma on Intellectual Property from the University of Austral, one of Argentina’s most prestigious education institutions. He has the First Certificate in English from Cambridge University.
Outside the office, Mariano dedicates his free time to training and taking part in trail and mountain running competitions.

Lawyer, specialized in civil and commercial law, Catholic University (Argentina).
Diploma in Intellectual Property from the University of Austral (Argentina).
Mariano speaks fluent Spanish and English.
