Marina has extensive experience in the IP field. Throughout her professional career, she has been continuously learning about Patent filings as well as Trademark registrations, prevention of Trademark fraud, copyright, domain names gaining a solid knowledge on the inherent proceedings of each area. Also, aiming to improve her daily work, she has attended “Workshop on Patent, Industrial Design and Trademark Registration, and Information Technology Searches” carried out by the National Institute of Industrial Property.
Marina joined Moeller in May 2019. She works as a Senior Patent Paralegal in the area of filing wherein she is in charge of the management of new patent and design filings in the Latin American region including the corresponding follow up of the late filing of documents to fulfill the different local requirements of each country in a timely manner and the constant reporting of procedures to keep our clients duly updated. She has excellent business relationships with IP law firms throughout Latin America as well as with our foreign clients.
When not in the office, Marina enjoys physical strength sports such as powerlifting, weightlifting and crossfit.
Marina speaks fluent Spanish, English and Portuguese.
