Noelia Soledad Cueva
Noelia’s has comprehensive experience in dealing with the procedural of substantial litigation matters in Argentina for the full range of IP rights, including patent litigation and intellectual property disputes.
Her practice encompasses from advice and design of legal strategies related to the intellectual property rights, protection and enforcement of IP rights to litigation at judicial stage.
Noelia studied at Argentinean Catholic University and joined Moeller IP Advisors in 2016 as a Legal Affairs Lawyer, after gaining experience in patent and trademark disputes in others IP firms. She also qualified as a member of the Institute of Industrial Property Law of the Bar association.
Outside of work, Noelia enjoys life being a non-stop and enthusiastic traveler having visited up to date at least 18 countries. She is also an amateur travel and event photographer.
